Book a trip with Wandernest and let us take the research, complexity, and work out of trip planning, so you can focus on the joy of travel itself. We work with clients by customizing their travel in two different ways. Both options are outlined below.
OPTION ONE:
HOTEL MATCHMAKING
HOTEL MATCHMAKING
Scenario: You have a destination in mind, but need help in finding the right hotel or style of accommodations.
Process: After filling out this form to share your preferred tastes for travel, with a combination of destination knowledge and extensive research, we match you with the best choices for your ideal vacation.

We propose several options for hotels, their nightly rates, and a list of perks available for each hotel until we find the right fit for you. The hotel is booked for your dates and confirmation is sent of the booking. -
As an affiliate of Fora Travel and a Virtuoso member, through our hotel partnerships we are able to extend clients additional benefits such as room upgrades, complimentary breakfasts, or hotel credits to use on-property as cash.
OPTION TWO:
TRAVEL DESIGN & COLLABORATIVE PLANNING
Scenario: You have an idea of the trip you’d like to take that includes more than just hotels, but would like help and guidance in planning it.
Process: We have an initial conversation by email or phone to learn more about your travel needs. After filling out this form as to the trip you envision, we schedule a follow-up phone call to discuss accommodations, experiences, tours, your budget, and your preferred tastes for travel.
Upon agreement, our planning fee is determined, which is dependent on different factors:
- 🌍 the length of the trip
- 🌍 the complexity of the itinerary
- 🌍 whether you as the client would like a collaborative planning experience or would like Wandernest to handle all the details
- 🌍 if your requested style of trip requires hiring local partners in the destination to deliver a truly bespoke experience (including personalized tours, private guides, escorted transfers, concierge-level services)
Following payment of fee, together we determine a trip planning timeline, and a proposal is sent with specific destinations, recommended accommodations, and experiences for your journey. We collaborate and communicate from this point until the moment you choose to book any hotels, tours, experiences, or restaurants, until you leave for your trip and beyond.
